These are our rental conditions in plain English. If something here does not answer your case, message us on WhatsApp before you book. We answer quickly.

Who can rent a car?
- You must be at least 19 years old at the time of booking.
- You must hold a driving licence.
- You must have at least one year of driving experience.
You may book a car for another person. The person who drives must meet these conditions and be named in the contract.
What do you need to bring?

A photo of a document on your phone is not a document. Bring the originals.

Is there a contract?
Yes. We sign a written agreement with every renter. It sets out what each side is responsible for.
Read it before you sign. Ask us about anything that is not clear.
What about the deposit?
A deposit may be taken when you rent a car. It comes back to you in full when you return the car.
The amount depends on the car. Ask us for the exact figure for your dates.

How do you pay?
You can pay by the method that suits you. Tell us which one you plan to use before you book.

What is included in the price?
The car, its documents and compulsory insurance.
The price does not include:
- Fuel
- Car washing
- Traffic fines
- Parking
That is normal across Baku. We say it plainly so there is no argument later.
Delivery and return
We deliver the car to Heydar Aliyev airport (GYD) and anywhere in Baku. Tell us the address when you book.
We collect it the same way. If you want to return it somewhere else, tell us and we will confirm.
Our office is on Rasul Rza street, next to the Winter Park. You can also collect the car there.
Fuel and cleaning
You return the car with the fuel level you received it with. Photograph the gauge at handover.
Return the car in a reasonable state inside. A heavily dirty car may carry a cleaning charge, agreed with you first.
Traffic fines
Fines are the renter’s responsibility. Most fines in Azerbaijan come from speed cameras.
The notice usually arrives days or weeks after the drive. We will contact you if one appears after your rental.

Extending and late return
You can extend a rental. Tell us before the end date so we can hold the car.
If the rental runs longer than agreed, the extra time is charged at the current rate.
Changing or cancelling a booking
There is no fee for changing the date or time of your booking.
Tell us as early as you can. It helps us keep the car you wanted.
Insurance
Every car carries compulsory liability insurance, as the law requires. It covers damage you cause to other people.
It does not cover damage to the rental car itself. Ask us about the excess before you sign.

Second drivers
Another person may drive the car if they are named in the contract. They bring the same documents as you.
A driver who is not in the contract has no insurance cover at all.
Pets
You may carry pets in the car. Tell us in advance so we can prepare.
Leaving Azerbaijan
Cars may not leave the country without written permission and separate insurance. This is arranged before you book.

If something goes wrong
Call us. The number is on your contract and we answer on WhatsApp.

Common questions
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
Nineteen years old, with at least one year of driving experience.
Do I get my deposit back?
Yes, in full, once you return the car. Ask us for the amount on your dates.
Can I book a car for someone else?
Yes. The driver must meet our conditions and be named in the contract.
Is there a fee to change my booking date?
No. There is no charge for moving the date or time.
Who pays traffic fines?
The renter does. Fines can arrive weeks after your rental ends.
Can I take pets in the car?
Yes, if you tell us in advance.
