This class suits large families, tour groups, and airport pickups with lots of bags. The Kia Carnival seats 9 people. The Hyundai Staria and Mercedes V-Class seat 4, with room for cargo instead.
All 4 vans run on automatic gearboxes with petrol engines. Wide doors make it easy to load bags and kids. Sliding side doors help in tight parking spaces too.
A group of colleagues can share one van for a business trip. Wedding parties sometimes rent a van to move guests together. Tour groups use them for day trips outside the city.
The Hyundai Staria gives premium seats for VIP airport transfers. It also works for a small film crew moving gear around the city.
Each van is checked and cleaned before every rental. Tires and lights are inspected for safety. You get a full tank or a clear fuel note at pickup.

Rates run lower for a week or more. Contact us to confirm the Sprinter rate for your dates. We quote each van by the day or by the week.
Where These Vans Work Best
Minivans work well for airport runs with a full group and their luggage. Wide doors help older passengers and kids get in and out. City traffic near the center is fine at a normal pace.
On the highway to Gabala or Sheki, the ride stays smooth for a group. The road to Gobustan is paved and easy for any of these vans. Parking a large van in the center can take extra time.
The winter climb to Shahdag needs care in a tall vehicle. Go slow and use low gears on icy sections. For heavy snow, an SUV from another class may suit you better.
Long rides stay comfortable thanks to more legroom than a sedan. Kids can nap on the back seats during a long drive. Air conditioning keeps the whole group relaxed.
What’s Included in the Price
ICBARI insurance is included in every rental. Mileage has no limit, so day trips out of town cost the same. A deposit of 200 to 300 USD applies, refunded when you return the van. Fuel is not included in the price.
Drivers must be 19 or older, with at least 1 year of driving experience. Bring your license, passport, and entry stamp. A foreign license works for your first 30 days in the country.
After 30 days, an international license is required. Rules on this come from the state traffic police. Keep the van clean and fueled at return.
ICBARI is Azerbaijan’s compulsory car insurance. It covers damage to other vehicles in an accident. The deposit is held on a card and released after inspection.

Payment works by cash or card, in USD or manat. Return the van to the same office, any time of day. Tell us early if your group needs a second van too.
We keep a spare van in reserve for larger groups. Ask ahead if you need two vans on the same dates.
