These are our car rental terms in Baku, in plain English. Every number here is ours, not an estimate. If a rule does not answer your case, message us before you book.

Who can rent a car on our car rental terms in Baku?
- You must be at least 19 years old at the time of booking.
- You must hold a driving licence.
- You must have at least one year of driving experience.
You may book a car for another person. The driver must meet these conditions and be named in the contract.
What do you need to bring?

A visiting tourist may drive on a national licence for 30 days after entry.
An international permit has no such limit. Get it at home, before you fly.
A photo of a document on your phone is not a document. Bring the originals.

How long is the minimum rental?
Two days. There is no upper limit.
Longer rentals cost less per day. Ask us for a monthly rate.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. There is no daily cap and no total cap.
Drive as far as you like inside Azerbaijan. You pay for fuel, nothing else.
Is there a contract?
Yes. We sign a written agreement with every renter.
We explain the main conditions at handover, before you sign. We also send them to your phone afterwards.
Read the contract. Ask us about anything that is not clear.
What about the deposit?
The deposit is 200 to 300 USD. The exact figure depends on the car.
You can pay it two ways.

It comes back in full if the car returns without fines or extra charges.
Pay it in cash if you fly home the next day. That is the fastest route.

Economy cars usually need no prepayment to hold a booking.
A luxury car may need a small booking deposit to confirm the dates.

What is included in the price?
The car, its documents and compulsory ICBARI insurance.
The price does not include:
- Fuel
- Car washing, if the car comes back dirty
- Traffic fines
- Parking
- Optional extras
That is normal across Baku. We say it plainly so there is no argument later.

We collect it the same way. If you want to return it somewhere else, tell us and we will confirm.
We work 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A night landing is not a problem.
Our office has a shop window and a street sign. You can walk in with no booking.
Fuel and cleaning
You return the car with the fuel level you received it with. Photograph the gauge at handover.
Return the car in a reasonable state inside. If it needs washing, the charge is fixed.

Traffic fines
Fines are the renter’s responsibility. Most fines in Azerbaijan come from speed cameras.
The notice usually arrives days or weeks after the drive.
A fine that appears after you return the car is charged under your contract.
Penalty points and the related payments are written into that contract in advance.

Extending and late return
You can extend a rental. Tell us before the end date so we can hold the car.
Run longer than agreed and the extra time is charged at the current rate.
Changing or cancelling a booking
There is no fee for changing the date or time of your booking.
For a luxury car, free cancellation works up to one day before the rental starts.
For an economy car, please still tell us a day ahead. It lets us free the car for someone else.
Insurance
Every car carries compulsory ICBARI liability insurance, as the law requires.
It covers damage you cause to other people. It does not cover the rental car itself.
You can add full damage cover if you want it. The excess is 300 to 500 EUR, depending on the car.

Second drivers
Another person may drive the car if they are named in the contract.
They bring the same documents as you. Conditions and any extra cost are agreed at signing.
A driver who is not in the contract has no insurance cover at all.
Pets
You may carry pets in the car. Tell us in advance so we can prepare.
Can the car leave Azerbaijan?
No. Current rules do not allow rented cars across the border.
That applies to every rental company in the country, not only to us.

If something goes wrong
Call us. The number is on your contract and we answer on WhatsApp.
The phone answers at any hour, including at night.
After an accident, do not move the car. Call the police on 102, then call us.

What languages do you speak?
Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Turkish and Arabic.
We explain the contract in the language you are comfortable with.
The deposit follows the official manat rate. It is published daily by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
Common questions
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
Nineteen years old, with at least one year of driving experience.
How much is the deposit?
Between 200 and 300 USD, depending on the car. Cash comes back on the spot.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. There is no daily cap and no total cap inside Azerbaijan.
What is the minimum rental period?
Two days. Longer rentals cost less per day.
Can I take the car to Georgia?
No. Current rules do not allow rented cars out of Azerbaijan.
Who pays traffic fines?
The renter does. Fines can arrive weeks after your rental ends.
Do you work at night?
Yes, 24 hours a day. We can hand the car over outside office hours.
