Why is monthly car rental in Baku cheaper per day?
A rental company’s costs are not spread evenly across days.
Every booking has fixed work in it. Cleaning, delivery, paperwork, checks at both ends.
On a one-day rental that work is paid for by one day. On a month, it is spread across thirty.
The car also stops sitting idle between bookings. Idle time is worth a discount to us and to you.
Who rents by the month?
People moving to Baku, contract workers, long-stay visitors and small companies rent by the month.

The taxi number assumes short rides inside Baku only. Add one trip out of town a week and it climbs fast.
What is included in a long rental?
A monthly rental in Baku includes the same as a short one. A few things only matter over time.
- Compulsory insurance and the car’s documents
- Scheduled servicing, arranged by us
- Tyre changes when the season turns
- A replacement car if yours needs work

What should you ask before signing?
- Is there a mileage limit, and what does extra cost?

- What happens if you extend by two weeks?
- Can you end early, and with what notice?
- How much is the deposit and when does it return?
Mileage is the one people forget when renting monthly in Baku. A month of commuting is very different from a month of touring.
What about insurance over a month?
In Azerbaijan the car carries compulsory liability insurance the whole time. Cover does not change with the length.
What can change is the excess on damage. Ask for the figure in manat before you sign.
Over thirty days the chance of a small scratch goes up. So this number matters more than on a weekend.

What are our terms on a long rental?
On a long rental we set no mileage cap and no upper limit on days.
- Minimum rental 2 days, with no upper limit.
- No mileage cap, however long you keep the car.
- Deposit 200 to 300 USD, in cash or blocked on a card.
- Payment in cash, by card, or through a payment link.
- Fuel comes back at the level you got it.
- 105 cars in the fleet, so a swap mid-term is usually possible.
Average wages and living costs in the country are published by the State Statistical Committee.
We have rented cars in Baku since 2023 and run 105 cars today. The office is open 24/7 and the phone answers at night.

No, you do not need a residence permit. You need your licence, passport and legal entry to Azerbaijan.
Can my colleague drive it too?
Yes, if named in the Baku contract. An unnamed driver has no insurance.
