This page says what BookingCarBaku collects through this website and what we do with it.
Who runs the site
BookingCarBaku is the rental brand operated by Agha Group under the autoUnion franchise in Baku. We have rented cars here since 2023. The office is on Rasul Rza street, next to Winter Park, and is open 24/7. Phone and WhatsApp: +994 55 711 99 95. More on the About us page and the contacts page.
What you send us
- Booking form: your name, your phone number and the car class you choose.
- Short form: your phone number only.
- Contacts form: your name, email, phone number and message.
- If you write on WhatsApp or call, we see your number and what you write.
The forms do not ask for a passport, a driving licence or a card number. You show the originals at the desk when you sign the contract.
We use these details to answer you and to confirm the car, the dates and the price. Each request reaches the office by email and is stored in the administration panel of this site.
What we count
We count taps on the call, WhatsApp, directions and form buttons. A record holds the time, the button, the page, the traffic source (for example Google or ChatGPT) and the country. It holds no name and no phone number.
Cookies and other services
- Our own cookies: one remembers your language for a year, two remember where you came from, one for 30 days and one until you close the browser.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager count visits. They load after your first scroll or tap.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the forms from spam.
- The country code list in phone fields loads from the jsDelivr network when you tap a phone field.
- The office map is Google Maps. The site is hosted by Hostinger.
