Where do we meet you to rent a car at Baku airport?
Heydar Aliyev airport is 21 km from the centre of Baku. Terminal 1 handles almost all international flights.
You clear passport control and collect your bags. Then you walk into the arrivals hall.
Our driver waits there with your name on a sign. The car is parked a short walk outside.

What happens if your flight is late?
A late flight changes nothing for you. We track the arrival at Baku airport and move the meeting.
Delays are normal and we plan for them. You are not charged for the wait.
If you get stuck at passport control, send one message. The driver waits.
What about a flight at three in the morning?
Many flights from the Gulf and Russia land at Baku airport at night. We deliver at any hour.
