What deposit and prepayment apply?
The Baku deposit is 200 to 300 USD, depending on the car.
Premium cars may also need a small prepayment to hold the date.
Cash deposits come back on the spot at the end.
Card blocks are released by your bank, which can take up to a month.

Compulsory Azerbaijani ICBARI cover is in the price of every car.
Full cover is optional, with an excess of 300 to 500 EUR.

What are the cancellation rules?
Premium Baku bookings cancel free up to one day before the start.
Later than that, the held date is hard to fill again.

Delivery across Baku costs 10 USD, or 15 USD to the airport.
An airport transfer starts at 25 USD, or 40 USD in a minivan.
The contract can be issued in a company name with an invoice.

What are our terms on a premium car?
On a premium car our terms add a small prepayment to hold the date.
- Deposit 200 to 300 USD, depending on the car. Cash or a card block.
- No mileage limit anywhere inside Azerbaijan.
- Minimum rental 2 days.
- Fuel comes back at the level you got it.
- ICBARI insurance is in the price. Full cover with a 300 to 500 EUR excess is optional.
- Delivery to your hotel for 10 USD, to the airport for 15 USD.
- A small prepayment may be needed to hold the date.
The official manat rate is published daily by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
