The Baku deposit is 200 to 300 USD (340–510 AZN), as for anyone else.
Compulsory ICBARI cover is in the price.
Full cover has a 300 to 500 EUR excess. The extra cover is optional, and worth it for staff cars.

Who drives, and what do you need from them?
Every driver goes on the Baku contract with a licence and a passport.
Several drivers can share one car. Conditions and any extra cost are agreed at signing.

What about events and conferences?
Baku hosts a lot of them, and the pattern is always the same.
Airport pickups on day one, shuttles during the event, departures at the end.
A transfer starts at 25 USD (42.5 AZN), or 40 USD (68 AZN) in a minivan.
Book those dates early. Hotel and car demand move together.

One thing worth flagging early. Two Baku weekends a year are genuinely tight.
The Grand Prix in late September and the Novruz week in March fill everything.
For those dates, two months of notice is not too much.

- Deposit 200 to 300 USD (340–510 AZN), depending on the car. Cash or a card block.
- No mileage limit anywhere inside Azerbaijan.
- Minimum rental 2 days.
- Fuel comes back at the level you got it.
- ICBARI insurance is in the price. Full cover with a 300 to 500 EUR excess is optional.
- Delivery to your hotel for 10 USD (17 AZN), to the airport for 15 USD (25.5 AZN).
- Contract and invoice in the company name, rates held.
