How does car delivery to your hotel in Baku work?
Four steps, and none of them need you to find our office.
- You send the hotel name and the time you want the car.
- We arrive a few minutes early and park where the doorman allows.
- We walk round the car with you and sign the contract.
- You take the keys and drive off.
The whole handover takes about fifteen minutes.

The office sits eleven minutes on foot from Fountain Square.
If you are staying in the centre, walking to us is often simpler.
Does it work at night?
Yes. Our Baku office is open around the clock and answers at night.
Late arrivals are normal here, because many flights land after midnight.
Tell us the flight number and we track it.
A delayed landing does not cost you anything extra.
What happens at the handover?
At your Baku hotel we look at the car together before signing.
- Existing scratches are photographed and written down.
- The fuel level is noted, and you get it back at that level.
- We show you the spare wheel, the jack and the warning triangle.
- The deposit is taken, 200 to 300 USD in cash or blocked on a card.
Take your own photos as well. It costs nothing and settles arguments.
Which hotels are easy and which are not?
Most are easy. The Old City is the exception.
Cars cannot enter much of Icherisheher, so we meet you at the nearest gate.
Seafront hotels have their own drop-off and are simple.
Tell us the hotel and we will say where to meet.
Can we deliver outside the city?
Inside the Absheron peninsula, yes, on the same terms.
Further out it becomes a one way arrangement and is quoted separately.

Most people take delivery in Baku and drive out themselves.
Is delivery worth paying for?
For 10 USD across Baku, usually yes, and the sums are simple.
A taxi to the office and back costs about the same.
With luggage or children, delivery is clearly better.
Coming alone and staying near Fountain Square? Walk to us instead.
One more thing worth arranging at the same time. Ask for anything you need fitted.
Child seats, a satnav or a phone holder are 3 to 5 USD a day.
They are installed before we leave, not on the pavement at your hotel.
One note about the return. Tell us the time the evening before.
We come to the same address unless you say otherwise.
The car is checked in front of you and the deposit is settled there.
What does delivery include?
- Deposit 200 to 300 USD, depending on the car. Cash or a card block.
- No mileage limit anywhere inside Azerbaijan.
- Minimum rental 2 days.
- Fuel comes back at the level you got it.
- ICBARI insurance is in the price. Full cover with a 300 to 500 EUR excess is optional.
- Delivery to your hotel for 10 USD, to the airport for 15 USD.
- We track your flight, so a delay costs you nothing.
