Why automatic car rental in Baku is the normal choice
Baku traffic is stop and start for most of the working day, and the centre is a grid of narrow one way streets with steep short climbs. A clutch is work you do not need on that.
The second reason is the licence. Drivers from the United States, the Gulf and much of Asia have never driven a manual, and an automatic removes the question entirely.
