What’s Included in the Price
ICBARI insurance is included in every price. Mileage has no limit. A deposit of 200 to 300 USD is required, refunded at return. Fuel is not included.
ICBARI is Azerbaijan’s compulsory car insurance. It covers damage to other vehicles in an accident. The deposit is held on a card and released after inspection. Keep the car clean and full of fuel at return.
Drivers must be 19 or older, with 1 year of experience. Bring your license, passport, and entry stamp. Foreign licenses work for the first 30 days. After that, get an international license. Rules are set by the state traffic police.

Booking takes a few minutes over WhatsApp or by phone. Bring your license and passport when you arrive. We walk you through the car before you drive off. Return the car to the same office, any time of day.

Not for the first 30 days in Azerbaijan. After that, yes, you need one.
